Would you go home with a stranger?

That’s what Rachel does in chapter one of I Found You… But would you?

Mmm… I think to go back with a man who is a complete stranger I would have to be in the place Rachel is, homeless on the streets, not thinking straight and penniless…

I did meet a girl in a bar when I was nineteen who was in that position and probably would have. She’d been made homeless that day, she’d been kicked out of her boyfriend’s family’s house and she had nowhere to sleep that night. I’d never met her before. I even ended up getting her a job where I worked… I won’t tell you the story that followed that, it’s hers not mine. But she never laid down any roots anywhere and no one ever got to really know her, and she was the only habitual liar I have ever met. I mean she lied about everything and so many meaningless things. I learned a lot of new stuff about life from her. It was an interesting friendship. Rachel isn’t this girl, nothing like her. But this girl did take risks. She would have gone back with a man who was a complete stranger just to have somewhere to stay. So people do; people in Rachel’s situation anyway.

I can get inside Rachel’s mind a little though. I did have some colourful years in my youth when I spent nights on floors in people’s houses after we’d got talking in the pub, and instead of walking home I just used to stay there in a chair or a sofa. I spent nearly two years living like that, floor or sofa camping most weekends, and not with any regular group of friends. But what made me decide to trust a person enough to take the risk of going back to their house - balance of risk;

* Women I always considered safer, obviously – so if it was a woman who asked me back, or other women had been invited too, my judgement reduced the risk.

* But men… I’ve always considered myself a fair judge of character, I guess I judged by the look in their eyes, and their smile, and their body language, if they were coming on to me, or looking leery, no way – if they were talking like mates, yes.

I could never think wholly like Rachel as Rachel’s personality is only matched by a very small percentage of people, but I guess that is what I think she is subconsciously judging. Even though on the night she and Jason meet, she’s not thinking clearly, and she’s a huge mess. I guess when I wrote this scene, to me, Jason instantly comes across as the guy you are going to trust…

Jane is a writer of authentic, passionate and emotional Historical and New Adult Romances.

She began her first novel at sixteen, but a life full of difficulty derailed her as she lives with the restrictions of Ankylosing Spondylitis.

When she finally completed a novel it was because she was determined to be able to say I’m a writer.

Yayyyy Angela and Alex are back!!!!!!!!!!
Yes I was very excited about I heart Christmas coming out. I have loved the I heart series so much so far and when I heard there was going to be one more I was so over joyed hehe!

So we finally see Angela and Alex again planning their own fairytale of New York..Angela is busy planning everything for Christmas as a British girl, Christmas is the most favourite time of the year of her and she want's everything to be perfect but when Santa throws a few problems at her, new job and Jenny gone all baby craze, Friend's start turning up uninvited causing Angela to go in to chaos. Let's hope Angela gets her perfect Christmas...

This was just ever so superb! I loved it and even finished it in a day! I just couldn't put the book down, was so hooked and enjoying catching up with what Angela and Alex had been doing, now a newlywed couple they are preparing themselves for Christmas which any British girl like Angela loves although she hasn't got the Boots catalogue to help her with the countdown to Christmas though this time.

I am such a huge fan of Lindsey Kelk's books So I knew this one wasn't going to disappoint and I wasn't wrong..I was laughing, crying, and just loving the book so much.
I loved the cover first time I set my eyes on it, I got all giddy thinking about Christmas..and this was back in November hehe.

It was so good to read about Angela, Jenny and Louisa altogether again yay :) I Heart Christmas concentrate on more on Louisa and what she is facing at home with her husband Tim in which she comes running all the way to New York to escape.
Jenny always brings Drama with her wherever she goes which always makes you giggle :)

and guess who else comes back??? you got it. CICI!! yes i was like OMG! when I read but I still giggle now about a certain page in the book tehe! Let's just say Team Louisa hehe!

Even though Lindsey has said this is the last book in the I heart series for a while, I feel it isn't going to be the last time as I feel with the ending left it wide open for another few more books of Angela and Alex.
I heart Christmas definitely has a festive feeling in which you want to get all cosy up and read picturing it being Christmas already hehe!
It is one festive read to be given as a present for Christmas this year just spread more love for the I Heart Series once again!

A wow from me! I am so grateful to be part of Sylvain Reynard's blog tour for his new book Gabriel's Redemption. This is the third book in the Gabriel's series, however ladies it also is the final book too :( boohoo yes i know tissues at the ready!
So we are following Julianne and Professor Gabriel Emerson once again in their journey of life and enjoying it together. But with always a nice happy couple life can come with old pasts come back to haunt them...

This book is just ever so superb! A hooking read that had me gripped to my Kindle always trying to grab a 10 minute break so I could carry on, As soon I started I was straight away sucked back into the lives of Gabriel && Julianne but only this time as Mr & Mrs Emerson and starting a new life as husband and wife this time.

I was so blown away by Gabriel's Redemption so much, I was hooked with every page and I really didn't want it to end. It was nice to see Julianne and Gabriel happy again in their own little newlywed bubble. Julianne started a new graduate program at Harvard but Gabriel's plans are going to threaten that but it's whether Julianne will agree or not.

If you ever wondered what happened to Paul, Christa, Professor Katherine Picton, Natalie and Simon, then don't worry they are in this book and with plenty of goings on. Christa up to her old tricks once again but not without consequences. We also find out what was written in that letter that Gabriel wrote to Julianne in Gabriel's Inferno in which she ripped up........Finallly! had been waiting ages to find out.

I love the style of writing Sylvain Reynard does and It is amazingly written by a bloke which is different than a woman writing erotic and romantic novels.



The best quote from the book would have to be -
“Tonight I’ll help you touch the stars. And when you fall back to earth, I promise to catch you.”

Gabriel's Redemption was definitely not a predictable book or ending, It was an amazing read in which had unpredictable things happening left right and center. I felt this book was the right time to answer unanswered things or questions that may have been running in your head after reading the first two.
And Yes there is plenty of sex scenes between the two lovers so entwined with themselves that they get a unexpected shock that does change their lives forever..the sex scenes will certainly make you blush if your reading in public.

Gabriel's Redemption is one hell of a book that is going to make you laugh with Professor Emerson's sarky comments to Julianne but also make you shed a few tears but also you wanting to stomp your feet because your annoyed with a certain person. but overall I would say this is has been the best series by far in 2013 and I have loved every single one of them books.
 I am gutted there will be no more in the series but I think Dante and Beatrice will be around for a while in our hearts and minds...

I have to rate Gabriel's Redemption my rare Gold star rating which is like 5*++ if I could I would rate 1million times over hehe. I do think you all need to read these three amazing books, you will regret it otherwise.

A Fantastical 5* Rating that Miranda Dickinson Deserves!

Firstly the cover of Take a Look at Me Now was amazing! Very Shiny and just shouting "helllo buy me!!" I was so excited to start reading this book and within the first couple of chapters I was hooked right away...which is something I always am when it comes to Miranda Dickinson's books, I am such a huge fan of her books and have a copy of every single one so far tehe :) :)

Take a Look at Me Now see's us meeting Nell and her on-off boyfriend Aidan who calls her into the office warning her about her job and before you know it Nell is made redundant and Very heartbroken and unemployed Nell decides to blow her redundancy money on a trip to San Francisco...what girl wouldn't?

We soon follow Nell seeing the sights of San Francisco with her cousin Lizzie who shows her around and makes her feel at home until she meets the ever so handsome Max Rossie.... what will happen? and will Nell want to go back home after her 8 week trip to San Francisco?

I LOVED it!! what a superb book, Miranda you lovely lady have done it again! Made a superb book in which I am going to be telling all my friends to go out and buy or even buy them the book for Christmas.
Straight away as soon as I started reading about San Francisco I just wanted to jump on a plane right away and experience the place for myself! ( I will one day! Hehe) I am a such a huge fan of Miranda's books and I always love reading them but hate it when it ends as I get all gutted :( I love the style of writing Miranda does and how she gets her readers fully engrossed with her chapters and with the characters too. By the end of every book Miranda has written you feel like the characters are your best friends and you love them very much.

I loved following Nell in San Francisco from her sight seeing, meeting new people, deciding her future plans and just generally loving the closeness between Nell and her cousin Lizzie, it was a superb friendship and closeness as a family member I thought it was really cute how Lizzie showed Nell around everywhere and how she introduced her to the most amazing Diner everrr! The place sounded so amazing and I wanted to just be sat right there and eat everything! lol.

5 words to sum Take a Look at Me Now are Amazing, Lovable, Breathe Taking, Humorous && Inspirational. One book I am going to treasure for a while!

Verdict A laughable read that gets a 4* thumbs up from me!

Yay! Bridget is back! I got all excited when I first heard Helen Fielding was writing another Bridget Jones book and with it being like ten years on and I was so happy to like read about Mark Darcy and Bridget Jones and their happy family...However I was left heartbroken a week before publication date when Newspapers spilt the beans that Helen Fielding had Killed Mark Darcy off in the book.... *Sobs Sobs* Yes brings a few tears to my eyes hearing that...However I thought No I am going to read the book and will decide whether being in the modern times and no Mark Darcy will make a fabulous book.

I did enjoy it however by the end I was left feeling very let down by Helen and didn't feel like this was the Bridget Jones we all knew and loved. Some things that did happen in Bridget's Life did make me giggle because I could picture Bridget in that certain situation and how we would probably act as well in her situation or I could imagine the old Bridget and how she would act.

I still loved the book though as I feel Helen Fielding had to make it modern and grab readers. It was just great to read Bridget that she was back :)
Her favourite and dear friends however there was no Shazza? I want to know where was Shazza? :( lol!
However though I did enjoy the book very much and It was nice to read about Bridget once again! I am eager for the film now hehe!
I Think huge fans of Bridget Jones are either going to love or hate this book, bit like marmite....maybe because people will be gutted Mr Darcy isn't in the happy ending for Bridget however it is still laughable!

Verdict
I Thank Janice Ross and Sharon Goodwin for letting me part of this book tour. Jumping Ship is only a Novella but is a start of a new book series called Island Hopping.

The best way to describe Jumping Ship is that is a mystery and suspense but thrown in with a bit of romance. We have two couples Pearl and Edward Riley who find baby Sakkara...the abandoned baby. The other couple Petrina Dugal and Michael Chen. Petrina was pregnant, ran away from her abusive husband Roger and being a runaway couldn't cope with a baby so dumped poor Sakkara.

As Sakkara Riley has a perfect loving family with her adoptive parents as soon as she turns sixteen, she wants to find her real parents..will she find them?

Jumping ship was an okay read, I felt like It wasn't my cup of tea and I'm not sure whether I would enjoy the rest of series, But I may give them a go and see what happens. It would be nice to see Sakkara have a happy ending for sure.
