Catch Me If You Cannes Part 4 by Lisa Dickenson Blog Tour

Today is the last day of Catch Me If You Cannes Blog Tour, yes feeling quite sad because I've enjoyed being part of this blog tour, also because I loved reading Catch Me If You Cannes so much.

If you think Part 3 of Catch Me If You Cannes had plenty of drama then you haven't read Part 4 yet!
Just one week ago, Jess was safely tucked away in her quiet seaside home, running her cafe and not really doing much of anything. So what on earth has happened between then and now that has her stealing a superyacht from Cannes marina?

Leo. Leo happened.

Jess doesn't want to believe what everybody is saying about him. He's her Leo, with his lazy smile, soft kisses and firm hugs, and she knows he's a good man. But she can't deny that something isn't quite right so she just needs some time to figure things out. All Jess did was fall in love with a boy who liked Nutella. How has it come to this?

Well everything just gets even more complicated for Jess in the last part of Catch Me If You Cannes. She is out to prove Leo isn't a drug lord which Bryony has said he is, but things just get ever so confusing and even more drama happens in Jess' life. . . I don't want to say much more because I just think you should buy this and read for yourself!

You will most certainly laugh (be careful of reading in public) and will be hoping Jess gets her happily ever after which is what you want in any chick lit book at the end! The whole series is just pure fantastic with plenty of laughs throughout!

Just go buy this fab book right away!
Want even better news? The complete novel will be out in Paperback on 23rd June 2016! woop woop!!

Thank You Lisa and Clara at Little Brown for letting me part of this amazing blog tour! I've enjoyed the book ever so much! When's the next book?
You Fantastic Lady!

I reward Catch Me If You Cannes 5 fantastic, amazing, sizzling hot shimmering stars.

Catch Me If You Cannes Part 2 & Part 3 by Lisa Dickenson

Part 2 Blurb

Jess had been feeling on top of the world - she'd had the best night out with Bryony, making lots of fabulous new friends, and she'd MET A BOY! Now, all of a sudden, her carefully constructed (if slightly exaggerated) facade is about to come tumbling down. She's had a taste of how the other half live and she's not ready to give it up just yet - especially if it means also giving up Leo. But how long can Jess and Bryony continue pulling the wool over everyone's eyes before they're in too deep?

Part 3 Blurb
Things could not be going better between Jess and Leo. Every moment they spend together is lovely and sunkissed and full of anticipation. Jess hasn't felt like this in a very long time and she doesn't want it to end. Sure, Leo is a bit vague about certain areas of his life but that doesn't mean anything . . .

Suddenly Jess's perfect holiday romance isn't looking so great and she has a choice to make - should she ignore what Bryony is telling her and keep living the dream, or should she run the risk of losing Leo in order to prove her friend wrong?

My Review

I am so happy to be part of Catch Me If You Cannes Blog Tour! Today I am reviewing Part 2 & Part 3 of the book! A huge thank you to Clara at Little Brown for asking me to part of Lisa's new fantastic book.

I have loved every book by Lisa and she is just getting better and better! Lisa definitely knows how to write the perfect character with plenty of things going on that is going to make you laugh lots!

So whats happening ? well Jess has met a boy..yes a gorgeous at that, made lots of new friends and has felt how the other life lives now she may have to go back to her normal self but will she want to?
Jess and Leo are getting on like a house on fire, you could say she has never felt like this before and doesn't want this holiday to stop...but then her best friend Bryony drops a bombshell and Jess doesn't quite know whether to believe her or try and prove her Best Friend wrong about Leo?

Jess is such a funny character, she is just plain jane but as soon as she came to Cannes with her best friend Bryony and has made lots of new friends who like to party, spend lots of money and are in the crowds with celebrities.  She gets her self in some disastrous scenario's but gives you plenty of giggles! Jess & Leo are so cute together! Their love for Nutella & Crepes is so cute and throughout the book I'm rooting for them to get together!

I cannot fault Catch me If You Cannes at all, It is a perfect summer read and I couldn't put it down!
If you want a book to make you giggle throughout, then your at the right place! Catch Me If You Cannes has plenty of drama, crazy moments, a bit of romance and a dream life anybody would be jelous of Jess & Bryony!

I reward Catch Me If You Cannes 5 fantastic, amazing, sizzling hot shimmering stars.
Lisa You are fantastic!!
Catch Part 4 next Friday!

Always The Bridesmaid Blog Tour: Author Interview with Lindsey Kelk

I am so happy to be part of Lindsey Kelk's new novel Always The Bridesmaid Blog Tour today! I had the pleasure of having Lindsey stop by for a short interview. Here is the interview.

Q) Hi Lindsey, "Always The Bridesmaid" came out 7th May, Can you tell us a little bit about it?

Yes! Always the Bridesmaid is about Maddie, an assistant events organiser who finds out at the beginning of the book, that one of her best friends is getting married and that the other is getting divorced. Trying to play peacemaker between the two of them while helping to plan Lauren a wedding and counsel Sarah through her break up, she’s still hung up on her ex and miserable in her job.

Even though Maddie is a bridesmaid in the book, it not really a story about that, it’s about allowing yourself to be pushed into a bridesmaid position in your life. Maddie is so used to coming second -  with her friends, her family, her career – that she doesn’t even realise there’s another way to live. This is the story of how that all changes.

Q) Have you ever been a bridesmaid?

I have, once as a little girl and twice as a grown up. I don’t think I was very good at it either time. I definitely cried on all three occasions but only had to be carried out to bed once. I cannot confirm that was when I was a little girl.

Q) What inspired you to write this story and why?

My life, the lives of my friends, stories I heard from other people. I love looking at the things that effect our day to day lives, issues that are bigger than ourselves, and starting my story there. About a Girl was about the pressure on people to make huge important choices when they’re very young and the fear that comes with making the wrong one, I Heart Christmas was about ‘having it all’ and whether or not that’s a fantasy concept, What a Girl wants was about making choices when you have no idea of the outcome. I take an idea and build a world around it. Or at least, that’s the plan.

Q) Favourite Chick-lit film and why?

I basically love everything that’s ever been committed to celluloid so it’s hard to choose a favourite. I enjoyed them all, Bridget Jones, Devil Wears Prada, even Shopaholic – it gets a bad rap but I think Isla Fisher and High Dancy are lovely in it. But then Hugh Dancy is lovely in everything.

Q) Are you a fan of weddings?

Ehh, it’s such a broad brush. Sometimes they’re wonderful and sometimes they’re painfully terrible, I’ve been to both ends of the spectrum. I love the idea of a wedding but I’m also very cynical about the idea of marriage in general and the thought of spending all that money on one day which ultimately might not mean anything really causes me pain. But if anyone asks, yes! I love weddings! They’re wonderful and not an extortionate obligation at all!

Q) Have you any writing tips to anybody who is wanting to start writing?

Just write! It’s really the only tip you need. If you desperately want another, read. The more you read, the better your writing will become and the more you write, the easier it will be. That’s really all you need to know. To be a writer, you have to write.

Q) Describe Always the Bridesmaid in 5 words...

Stunning masterpiece of epic proportions OR A funny, thoughtful, sweary story

Thank you Lindsey for stopping by!

Catch Me If You Cannes Part 1 by Lisa Dickenson Blog Tour

Jess has decided it's time to get out of her comfort zone and live a little. So when her best friend Bryony, a journalist on a gossip magazine, is sent to cover the Cannes Film Festival, Jess decides to seize the day and go along for the ride. Two weeks of glitz, glamour and exclusive entry into celeb-filled parties is just the kind of adventure Jess needs.

Reality soon bites though when Jess and Bryony find they're staying in a dingy hotel far away from all the action and Bryony's expenses budget barely covers a glass of local wine. Undeterred, the two women are determined to live like the elite and enjoy one fancy night out to begin their holiday. So what if they have to tell a few white lies along the way? It's just this once. No harm done . . . right?

I am part of the blog tour for Lisa's new novel Catch me if you Cannes and I want to thank Clara at Little Brown for asking me to part of this tour. I am such a fan of Lisa Dickenson's books and this didn't disappoint either!
