Now that Emily Cooper has walked away from her first love, she finds herself running toward her only love. Unraveling fast, but clinging to hope, Emily risks all she has left on the man that has consumed her every thought and dream since the day they met. Will Gavin take her back? And if so, will their reunion be a collision of two hearts destined to complete one another and rekindle a love that knew no boundaries? Only time will tell…

Verdict

Any Fans of Collide? Pulse is the sequel and is just as more heart racing than before...
Wow oh wow I freaking loved Pulse! Gail McHugh certainly knows how to get her readers hook, line and sinker with her books!
I was obsessed when I read Collide and loved reading about Mr Tall Dark and Handsome Gavin Blake and Emily Cooper. Gail has a way of writing that their emotions jump right out of the book and make the reader truly understand how much they adore each other...at the end of Collide I was left needing the next book soo much..when I got my hands on a copy of Pulse i squealed with delight so much!

The beginning of the book Emily Cooper has left her first love Dillion and wants her only love Gavin back in her life but love always comes at a price doesn't it? Emily is willing to risk everything to get Gavin back in her life... Only time will tell if she succeeds...

“We were written for one another, and I wouldn't change one line in our romance novel. The good, the bad, the in between. It's ours. We own it.

Pulse was freaking amazing! I loved every minute of reading. The pure emotions grabbed me so much and I cried, I laughed, I smiled, I cried again, cried some more, had a mini heart attack...damn you Gail! but then smiled and cried again lol!
I don't want to give much away because with Pulse you need to appreciate the story yourself but it is amazing!

“Gavin Blake, you’re more of a man than any man I’ve ever known. You’re gentle. You’re kind. You’re strong and witty. You’re personable and warm, and you can reduce most females into blithering puddles of goo with the simplest words.”

Gail really has the writing skills to make two fantastic books in which she pulls the readers in with not only a fit handsome man called Mr Blake but the emotion that runs through the books. You really feel like your in the little love bubble. it is kinda cute!

I absolute adored everything about Pulse, there is nothing I cannot fault! I just all my readers who haven't read Collide or Pulse yet.. to go order them right now!
I would say Collide and Pulse are one of my favourite book series of 2014 by far!

“Please forgive me for fighting against us, Gavin. Please forgive me for not fighting for us when I knew we were supposed to be together. Forgive me for being the weak mess I am. But more than anything… thank you for loving me. Thank you for your dimpled smile and your bottle caps. I’ll never be able to look at one without thinking of you. Thank you for your stupid Yankees and your wiseass remarks. Thank you for wanting late night drives and sunset-watching with me. Thank you for wanting the good, the bad, and the in-between.”

Emotional, Freaking Amazing, Beautiful, Heart Racing, Sexual all add up to a
